You'll experience the thrill of rock hopping as you kayak beneath
towering sea cliffs and sea kayak into sun dappled caves. These
are the perfect ingredients for an exhilarating Pembrokeshire
sea kayaking adventure on our spectacular coast line - a sea kayakers
paradise. 
How do you fancy a
day or two enjoying the exhilaration and immense relaxation of
kayaking on the sea? For beginners and those seeking a relaxing
paddle there are picturesque quiet harbours and sheltered bays
where sea caves, secluded beaches and high cliffs can be explored.
If there's a swell around we can play at "rock-hopping" with the
waves and rocks...adrenalin for those who seek it!
Intermediate paddlers
can take longer journeys along the coast, sampling the delights
of moving water and surf as well as more rock-hopping!
Advanced paddlers expand
their envelope in amazing tidal rapids, creaming surf and booming
swells, and the off-shore islands beckon; Ramsey, Skomer, South
Bishop are all island realms ripe for exploration.
The Pembrokeshire coastline
is world renowned as a sea kayaking paradise, with clean Atlantic
ocean waters, the beauty and variety of the coastal scenery with
fascinating features to be found under the high sea cliffs; waterfalls,
sea caves and natural rock arches, and a variety of fun conditions
in which to play, from bobbing between sea stacks, catching waves
through rocky channels, chilling out in idyllic sheltered coves,
to surfing onto secluded sandy beaches.
Kayaks are also the best means for
observing the wildlife. You might find yourself kayaking amongst
Atlantic grey seals that breed around the coast and off-shore
islands, or porpoise and dolphins that live in the deeper waters
of Cardigan Bay. The coast is awash with sea birds; kittiwakes,
razorbills, choughs, shags and cormorants, also the impressive
gannets who have their colony on Grassholm island. 
Preseli Venture is a Welsh Canoeing
Association (WCA) approved sea kayaking provider with qualified
and experienced guides. We provide our clients with all
the specialist equipment necessary to enjoy this amazing adventure,
including wetsuits, wetsuits socks, kayaking jackets, floatation
jackets and helmets. Wetsuit gloves can also be provided
in the cooler months - we operate all year round.
The wild blue ocean, dramatic cliffs,
and stunning unspoilt coastline of the Pembrokeshire coast is
perhaps Britain's last true wilderness area. A place whe re
